The company is not required to obtain financier's licence from Ministry of Finance due to its nature of not taking any deposit from the public. Perkasa Realty Sdn. Bhd. has an authorised capital of RM10 million with RM300,102 being paid up. Functions To assist Bumiputera entrepreneurs by providing affordable shophouses/business premises enabling them to run their business in more conducive and efficient environment. Furthermore it will enhance Bumiputera competitiveness in business & commerce. Perkasa Realty Sdn.
