Objectives

• To assist Bumiputera entrepreneurs in acquiring shophouses/business premises in the urban and rural areas by providing soft loans.

• To increase the number of Bumiputera entrepreneurs through the ownership of shophouses and raise their living standard in line with economic growth.

Policy

• To finance the construction of government approved shophouses and allocate them to Bumiputera entrepreneurs.

• To finance other shophouses that have been approved by the company depending on existing funds.

• To coordinate with other Bumiputera agencies in identifying and working out solutions to overcome business problems by way of advisory services to Bumiputera entrepreneurs in business management.
